You should never, ever eat bread because… well… erm…
There’s fuck all wrong with bread. Granted, a small number of people may have an intolerance... but for most people, it's one of those foods that is often unfairly demonised.
Eat it.Just try to: - stick with wholegrain versions for maximum nutritional benefit. - keep it a part of a varied, balanced diet. - and like any other food stuff… keep your eye on calorie consumption.
