At the end of the day, any fitness / fat loss regime is dependent on your adherence.
You’re far more likely to stick to a programme if you get somebody else on board. You’ll hold each other accountable.

You’ve had ‘one of those days’, Everything has gone wrong. Ripped your pants on the way to work. Forgotten your sandwiches. Accidentally dropped your arse during an important meeting… maybe followed through?
The day finishes, all you want to do is go home and work your way through a multi-pack of Monster
Munch.
Tough tits.
You’ve arranged to train and your gym buddy is at the door.
You’re going.
Make it difficult to say ‘No’.
Get a friend or partner involved.
Join a class / group that has a community feel.
Hire a trainer if you have to. (shameless plug)
Find somebody that will give a shit and ask questions if you don’t turn up.
They are out there.
